i‘m ray and this is my wife,joan.we live in a farm ,so we have ti get up early at about 5:30.we start the day with a big breakfast---bread,milk,eggs,tomatoes,mushrooms and two or three cuos of tea.our big meal of the day is lunch at twelve o'clock.we have meat with potatoes and vegetables.at 5 o'clock we have tes ,that's a light meal---eggs perhaps,or bread and then cakes or biscuits and another cup of tes .on fridays and saturdays we go to the pub in the evening ande have spme beer
