You will be taken to the Reset Password screen on the MOTOBLUR™ owners portal.Next you will be prompted to enter your new password.Once you have submitted your new password,you will then see a status icon appear at the top of the screen on your MOTOBLUR phone.
• On the status bar of your MOTOBLUR phone,flick the bar down to see the message "Blur account access denied".
• Tap the message,and see the error message "Access to your Blur account has been denied.Please re-enter your Blur username/password now".
• Select "OK",delete the hidden password and type your new password in the "Password".
• When your password is being verified and processed,a message "Updating Blur Services" is seen.
• Your phone returns to the home screen after processing.
