Due to the differences on the means of expression and the linguistic forms between oriental and western language,we should do the translation basd on the original meaning ,adding and deleting words properly on the sense and syntax to make the translation clear,natural and coherent.We should be faithful to the meaning of the original text,so epexegis（增詞)）and deletion（減詞） are also the main means during Chinese-English translation.
