3.Mr.Evasio Barbero (Passport No.:E3076844 ) be authorized to act on behalf of the Company and to arrange any credit facilities for the Company with any branch of HSBC Bank (China) Company Limited in Mainland China by way of discount,loan,overdraft or otherwise,and for the granting of foreign exchange facilities,derivative transactions,trade facilities,credits and the issue of guarantees from time to time as required,and to sign on behalf of the Company any form of deposit and withdrawal,memorandum of deposit,letter of trust,mortgage,hypothecation and pledge relating to any securities or property or documents of title relating thereto to secure the aforesaid facilities and any obligations,undertakings,instructions,guarantees,indemnities and counter-indemnities,and any other documents which may be required by any branch of HSBC Bank (China) Company Limited in Mainland China in connection with the aforesaid facilities;
The above-mentioned person(s) in this item 3 be authorized to sub-delegate any or all of his/her/their authority(ies) under this item 3 to any other person(s) upon all other Company Directors’ written consent;
4.That the following authorized signatories are hereby appointed as the bank authorized signatories to the account(s).
