1 The Mid-Autumn Festival
The Mid-Autumn is a very important Chinese festival. It falls on the 15th day of August. A few days before the festival, everyone in the family will help to make the house clean and beautiful. Lanterns will be hung in front of the house.
On the evening there will be a big family dinner. People who work far away from their homes will try to come back for the union. After dinner, people will light the lanterns which are usually red and round. Children will play with their own toy lanterns happily.
At night the moon is usually round and bright. People can enjoy the moon while eating moon-cakes which are the special food for this festival. They can look back on the past and look forward to the future together. It is said that there was a dragon in the sky. The dragon wanted to swallow up the moon. To protect the frighten the dragon away.
中秋節(jié)
中秋節(jié)是中國一個很重要的節(jié)日,在八月十五號.在節(jié)日來臨的前幾天,家庭中的每一個人都幫著打掃房子,把房子裝扮得漂漂亮亮的,燈籠掛在屋前.
晚上有一頓美餐,離家在外工作的人也要回來團(tuán)圓.晚飯后,人們點亮燈籠,一般是紅色的圓燈籠.孩子們會高高興興地玩他們的玩具燈籠.
晚上月亮又圓又大,人們在賞月的同時吃著中秋節(jié)特別的食品——月餅.人們在一起回顧過去,展望未來.據(jù)說天上有一條龍,它要把月亮吞下去.為了保護(hù)月亮,孩子們要弄出很大的響動把龍嚇跑.
2 Beautiful Sky
The star in the sky were twinkling.Some were crowded,and others were separate.then I found the stars were not the same coloer.There were many colors,white,gray,light blue,orange,and so on.It was really beautiful.At that time,the sky was like blue damask decorated by millions of bright diamonds.
Looking up the sky,I saw the moon.It was like a naughty child.Sometimes it hid in the clouds and sometimes it got out of the clouds.It seemsed to play"hide and seek"with us.The stars around the moon,however,were as girls,hiding themselves in the clouds.
Oh,what a beautiful sky!
3If i have enough money
if i have enough money,i will travel for seven days.the fitst day,i will go to beijing.because beijing is the capital city of china.first,i will go to tian'anmen square.and then,i will go to the palace museum.then,i will go to my grandparents'house .i miss them very much.from the third day to the sixth day,i will go to qingdao with my friends.i will go to swim in qingdao.at the last day,i will go on a trip to my city. i want to know my city carefully,
I think i will have fun.

4 教師節(jié)-Teacher'Day
It is Teachers’ Day on September 10th every year. Teachers are the greatest people in the world, I think, because they teach us how to write and read. The most important is that they teach us how to be a real man. They are also kind to everybody and they don’t want anyone to fall behind others. They always get on very well with their students, and they are our best friends. When students are in trouble, they can help them in time.’ I will be a teacher when I grow up.
九月十日是教師節(jié).我認(rèn)為教師是世界上最偉大的人,因為他們教會我們讀書寫字,更重要的是他們教會我們?nèi)绾巫鋈?他們對每個學(xué)生都很好,不想讓任何一個人掉隊.他們和學(xué)生們關(guān)系融洽.他們是我們的好朋友.當(dāng)學(xué)生有困難時,他們會及時幫助學(xué)生.等我長大了,我也要當(dāng)一名教師.
Teachers’ Day comes on September 10th every year. On the day we usually give our teachers cards to show our thanks. I thank them for helping me when I am in trouble, and I thank them for teaching me how to be a real man.

5Water
Water is very important to living things.Without water there can be no life on the earth. All animals and plants need water. Man also needs water. We need water to drink, to cook our food and to clean ourselves.Water is needed in offices,factories, schools and hospitals.
From space the earth looks like a huge water-covered globe.Water covers about seventy percent of the earth's surface. There is water in oceans, seas, rivers, and lakes. Even in the driest part of the world, there is some water in the air. Water is found almost everywhere.
6 Examination(考試)
Someone says examination can help us go over our lessons in time and after the examination we can find how we are getting on withourstudies.Butwearealwayshavingtoomany examinations and they are also too difficult for us to get through.I find some of us have lost interest in learning lessons. Besides,it is harmful to our health as we hardly have any time to go in for sports.I think the present system of measurement should be improved.
7 Computers 電腦
Computers are changing our life. You can do a lot of things with a computer. Such as, you can use a computer to write articles, watch video CDs, play games and do office work. But the most important use of a computer is to join the Internet. By joining a computer to Internet, we can get the latest information in all fields. We don’t need to leave home to borrow books from a library or to do shopping in a supermarket.
Computers help us live a more convenient life. With the development of computers, the word is becoming a large family
