進入三月份以來,部分樓盤價格出現(xiàn)了上漲趨勢,就“半島四季”所在的海港區(qū)來講,截止到3月份,海港區(qū)共有在售住宅項目44個,近一個月內(nèi),共有5個項目的銷售價格出現(xiàn)上漲,2個項目的銷售價格出現(xiàn)下跌,另有37個項目的銷售價格與之前持平.所有在售住宅項目的銷售均價為8,468.8元/平方米,近半年來持平.
Since the beginning of March,the price of some parts of building projects has gone up.For example,the Haigang District,where the "Peninsula Seasons" project located in,has 44 projects on sales up to March.In the recent one month,the selling price of 5 projects has gone up,2 projects has come down.37 projects kept the same price as before.The average selling price of all the residential projects is RMB8,468.8/sq.m,it kept the same in the recent half year.
