關于Shipper On behalf of
我有個馬來西亞的客人,她做貿易.她的客人是孟加拉的
她要我寫shipper寫成我司名+ on behalf of +她公司名.
我們條款是30%定金,余款發(fā)貨前須付清.FOB條款.
她要我做發(fā)票和裝箱單那些.那我應該以她公司的發(fā)票和裝箱格式來做那些文件嗎?
客人寫給我的原文:
1.The consigee on your Bill of Lading will be:
最終收貨人地址
Under no circumstances should you mentioned any names on any packaging
or paperworks(BOL etc.)on the above.
Shipper Address:
Your company name,on behalf of 馬來西亞客戶地址
2.Your Invoices should be:
馬來西亞客戶地址
3.Kindly sent all copies of BOL and Invoices and packing list to the
address above by courier service.
4.Do not,repeat do not write contents on your packing(boxes),cover them up
if you can,made in china written on the boxes is fine.
5.Do not leave any paperworks in the container.
6.You can show one of the boxes via email if you want,would be grateful.
7.Remember the goods should be ICD Dhaka,Bangladesh.
那我們自己工廠不是不可以退稅了!
