Stopping by Wood on a Snowy Evening
It was a snowy evening ,and I went by the woods.I thought I knew who was the owner of the woods,though his house was far in the village.He would never see me stopping by the woods,watching it filled with snow.I thought now he must sit by a big fireplace,read some books and have some delicious food.It was so pity that he miss the chance to watch the beautiful view of the snowy woods at this evening.
Maybe my little horse was puzzled why I stopped here,in the snowy woods and frozen lake.As to me,today was the darkest evening of the year.I encountered so much tribulation and didn't know when it was the end.My little horse might feel confused why I stayed here,where there was no farmhouse nearby.In order to ask if there was some mistake,he gave his harness bells a shake.At this snowy evening,the only other sounds I could hear was the sweep of easy wind and downy flake.
I was almost in my own thought:To me,the woods are lovely as its beautiful picture.But at a time,it was dark and deep as I didn't know what would happen in the future.Was there still tribulation and infelicity that would take place on me?Whenever I thought this,I always felt tired and wanted to die.It could release me from tribulation.But I didn't forget I still had promises to keep,my responsibility of my family to afford.I could do anything but dead.
I stopped thinking and went on my journey.In the front,there still a long way waiting for me.I had to go before I slept.I had to go before I died.
