1.標(biāo)簽和風(fēng)險(xiǎn)
1.1 商品的標(biāo)簽與商品一起發(fā)給ASDA,供應(yīng)商或其他任何個(gè)人都不可以在交貨以后,繼續(xù)持有標(biāo)簽, 并且任何使供應(yīng)商或其他任何人可以運(yùn)用標(biāo)簽的規(guī)定,都是無(wú)效的.
1.2 商品風(fēng)險(xiǎn)由供應(yīng)商承擔(dān)(包括運(yùn)輸過(guò)程中), 直到供應(yīng)商真正交貨且ASDA收到貨為止.任何退貨發(fā)生的風(fēng)險(xiǎn),由供應(yīng)商承擔(dān).
2.供應(yīng)商指南
供應(yīng)商同意任何時(shí)候都要遵守以下條款:
1) ASDA的供應(yīng)商規(guī)定;和
2) 涉及到ASDA標(biāo)牌的貨物,ASDA商標(biāo)技術(shù)指南(且ASDA不時(shí)進(jìn)行修訂)

1 Titleand Risk
1.1 Title to the Goods will pass to ASDA on delivery ofthe Goods.Neither the Supplier nor any other person shall be entitled toretain title to the Goods after delivery and any such provision which theSupplier or any other person may purport to apply shall not be effective.
1.2 Risk in the Goods is assumed by the Supplier(including risks for and during transport),until actual delivery by theSupplier and receipt of the Goods by ASDA.Any returns of Goods shall be on theaccount and at the risk of the Supplier.
