my favourite dish is curry. the preparation is simple and the dish is delicious. the ingredients include potatoes, carrots, onion, coconut milk and curry powder.All I have to do is to first fry the onion with oil, add curry powder and all other ingredients after that and add water until it boils. lastly while everything is cooked, add in the coconut milk to increase its flavour and it is ready to be served.
