As we all know,after china joins WTO and then opens olympic game and expo ,more and more foreigner pour into our mainland,so the importanct of having a good command of spoken english has become more distinct.
however ,now the study of spoken english are neglected by many students.The reason is obvious.first,many educational institution emphasis more written english grades than spoken.Furthermore ,some students lack of the opportunity speaking English with foreign,and others ,have it ,not have enough courage to speak.
In order to change this situation,the educational system should include the spoke
English into exam,and many school should provide many opportunity of english,and courage students to make mistakes when they spoken english.If they are self-confident,their spoken english will be sure to improve .
