We are terribly sorry to inform you that following cartons failed to be loaded into the 1*40HQ due to the bad weather .
The facorty arranged 2 trucks to transport the last balance of goods of order 111 ,( one was 240ctns/2880pairs,the other was 244ctns/2928pairs ) unfortunately ,the 2nd truck caught the traffic jam in a heavy rain and one of tyres was broken down waiting for assistance at the moment.we found that the we are unable to get the 244CTNS of goods to catch the vessel ETD:13th.Jan,closing time 18:00 today .

Since we have caused so much problem to you,we decided to bear the ocean frieghts and give above mentioned balance order a discount of 10% .we will issue our invoice with a discount of 10%.
Meanwhile ,Please remeber to invoice us the ocean frieghts once the goods arraive at the destionation port or *** can deduct the ocean frieghts from invoice directly when they collect the shipping docs from bank .
