《Tears in Heaven》（中文名：淚灑天堂）
作者簡介：1945年3月30日Eric Patrick Clapton出生于英國薩里郡的瑞普雷,在那里,他得到了生平第一把吉他,并開始傾聽藍調(diào)樂主流人物Son House和Robert Johnson的音帶.在金斯敦藝術(shù)學院上學期間,他參加了各種各樣的樂隊,在演出過程中逐漸形成了自己的藍調(diào)風格.
Eric Clapton是搖滾樂壇中首屈一指的吉他大師,從60年代出道至今,他在搖滾樂和布魯斯音樂的領(lǐng)域中展示出了非凡的才華,在眾多吉他手中,有人尊稱他為“上帝”.
五十多歲方育得一子,然造化弄人,稚齡愛子竟從紐約數(shù)十層高的公寓陽臺意外摔下身亡,這個打擊幾乎讓他再度一蹶不振,不過將近50歲的Eric Clapton將他思念之苦寄情歌中,于是產(chǎn)生"Tears In Heaven"這首歌,它首先被收錄于電影《迷途枷鎖》(Rush)的原聲帶中,這也是Eric Clapton全程參與的配樂作品,他的歌聲蒼涼悲壯卻又柔情似水,能夠凈化人的靈魂.克萊普頓憑借這首歌一舉奪得1993年格萊美獎的6項大獎.
