Eating healthily and being active not only improves mental state but also gives your body all the resources it needs to keep your body in a good state of repair.Things like weight gain and poor skin are symptoms highlighting an unhealthy imbalance which the body hopes you will recognise and take action to rectify. So put health on the priority list and how you look and feel is much more likely to naturally improve.Its also not good to get obsessed with every little wibble and blemish. The body perfection can be high maintenance and you need to balance out how much effort you can or want to devote against how much of a life you also want to get on with. Basically if you have arms and legs that move and internal bits that do as they should, be very appreciative that you have them no matter what they look like. If you want to keep them working for as long as possible, consider what they need and you will find this is also the same thing that makes them look better anyway – give your body a bit of healthy goodness and it will reward you by looking good - it's a simple win win situation!
