An exploration of finanical directos responsibilities in enterprise
Abstract
In the background of establishing a modern enterprise system and strengthening state-owned asserts supervision in china,through discussing the functions of the chief financial officer(CFO),this paper uses methods of comparison and case study,combines the functions of finance director with the needs of the state-owned assets supervision and management.It analyses the position of CFO’s functions in china,seriously studies the achievement and existing problems,and also actively puts forward some better proposals.china’s establishment of the enterprise group finance director system is upon separation of the business ownership and management rights,and with the multi-level management system.it is a finacial monitoring mechanism which established in-house to protect the interests of owners,also to preserve and increase the value of state assets.in order to better achieve the function of CFO,enterprise groups should integrate with china’s characteristic,strengthen the standard and management from all fronts.
