正好最近我也好想有間自己的ideal house,我也寫寫吧.
Since the pricing of buying a house...no,only even a tiny apartment in China is raising with alarmingly high speed,I am thinking to buy my house in a resonable place with the resonable price.Say,Germany!
I did a check online,the price of a house in Germany is about EU$2600 /square meter.
I am a low cast kind of person so a house down suburb might be preferable.Maybe by the foot of mountain Alps in Munich.
I don't really need a large house size like a football court,and it is troublesome to do the cleaning of a "football court".2 or three rooms would be enough for me,'better with a small courtyard so I can keep dogs and plants.It should be fitted with those very European-like windows that you can keep flowers on the edge that would give people quite a rural kind of feeling if you see from the outside.
I like musics and reading books,I would put a very large bookshelf in to store my books and CDs in the living room,when you come in,you would see all those books and a Steinway brand piano (how posh am i ,haha) beside it.
Life would be as happy as hell if I would share the house with a person I love...
