　　I’m very proud that I have chosen to speak to you all today, I’m a bit
　　nervous as I’ve never made a speech before to so many people ,so please forgive me if it shows.
　　As we all know,the environmemt around us is getting worse and worse .In some places we can’t see fish swimming in the river or trees on the hills. Some people even have no clean water to drink. So I think we must do something to protect the environment. .But what can we do? How to protect our environmemt? For example, we can go to school on foot or by bike . we can use shopping basskets not plastic bags .when we go shopping and we can use both sides of the paper when we write .In a word ,if everyone pays more attention to our environment ,there will
　　be less pollution and our life will be better.
　　“There is only one earth”,I hope everyone will protect our environment well. Thanks!

　　我們都知道,我們周圍的環(huán)境越來越糟了,在某些地方,我們不能看到魚在河里游泳或樹木在小山.一些人甚至沒有干凈的水喝.所以我認為我們必須做些什么來保護環(huán)境.,但是我們能做些什么呢?如何保護環(huán)境嗎?比如,我們可以上學步行或者騎自行車.當我們?nèi)ベI東西時,我們可以用購物袋, 當我們寫東西時,這張紙兩面都可以用.總之,如果每個人都非常重視對我們的環(huán)境、污染就越少,我們的生活將會是比較好的. 　　 　
　　“只有一個地球”,希望每個人都能保護我們的環(huán)境.謝謝!
　　The earth scale change of climate has brought a new kind of natural disaster and the developed and complicated city system is holding a latent risk of expanding the damage artificially. Also people has been spoiling the health since the immense quantity of chemicals have been produced and already used in pursuit of convenience and various toxic substances have been produced unintentionally and accumulated in environment. Therefore, We need some countermeasures from the viewpoint to prevent the city environment form disaster and to manage environmental risks. So we will develop and improve a new risk management system and a disaster prevention system to preserve and create the city environment where people feel easy and sound in their life.
　　地球規(guī)模氣候的變化帶來了一種新型的自然災害和發(fā)達和復雜的城市體系,手里拿著一個潛在風險擴大傷害人工.同時,人們已經(jīng)弄壞了健康的化學品的數(shù)量巨大以來,已經(jīng)產(chǎn)生了使用方便、追求生產(chǎn)各種有毒物品堆積,無心環(huán)境.因此,我們需要一些解決這些問題的觀點來防止城市環(huán)境形成災難和管理環(huán)境風險.我們將開發(fā)和改進的新的風險的管理制度和防災系統(tǒng)維護并創(chuàng)造城市環(huán)境,讓大家感到輕松,聲音,在他們的生活.
　　Some people believe that economic development should never be at the cost of the environment. They think the present serious environmental problems are largely caused by rapid?economic development. For example, land resources are shrinking because of the industrial development and the expansion of cities. Deserts are spreading because of over grazing, poor fanning, tree cutting, and strip mining. Our air and water supplies are being polluted by poisonous gassesand waste products. It is important, therefore, that we should take another look at the way in which our industries and cities are developing. However, other people think it unnecessary to consider environmental problems now and our first priority should always be given to economic development. They believe that environmental problems are inevitable and unavoidable in the process of economic development. They are only the by products of economic development, which can be dealt with later when we have the time and money.
　　I think the second idea is completelywrong. Our ultimate aim in economic development is to provide a comfortable and happy life for our people. What is the point of economic development if we achieve it at the cost of our environment? There has been much evidence to prove that a balance between the two helps more rapid and continuous development.
　　有些人認為經(jīng)濟發(fā)展不應該在環(huán)境為代價.他們認為目前的嚴重的環(huán)境問題在很大程度上是造成快速?經(jīng)濟發(fā)展.例如,土地資源正在收縮因為產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展和擴展的城市.沙漠是傳播因為過度放牧,可憐的耕作、樹切割、、剝?nèi)ネ诰?我們的空氣和水的供應是被污染有毒廢物.它是很重要的,因此,我們應該再看我們的工業(yè)和城市發(fā)展. 　　 　　
　　然而,另一些人認為沒有必要去考慮環(huán)境問題了,我們的第一要務應該給經(jīng)濟發(fā)展.他們認為,環(huán)境問題是必然的,不可避免的出現(xiàn)在中國經(jīng)濟發(fā)展過程中.他們只的經(jīng)濟發(fā)展的產(chǎn)品都可以辦理后當我們有時間和金錢.我認為第二次的想法是completelywrong.我們的最終目標在經(jīng)濟發(fā)展是提供一個舒適和快樂為了我們的生活的人.有什么意義,如果我們實現(xiàn)經(jīng)濟發(fā)展為代價的環(huán)境?已經(jīng)有很多證據(jù)來證明這兩方面的平衡幫助更多的持續(xù)快速發(fā)展
