買方應(yīng)以電匯方式（T/T）支付給賣方合同金額的100％加上5％的公差,再加上單證原件到達托收銀行之日起到實際付款之日止的利息,此利息以合同金額的年息8％計.
5% tolerance 這里所指的公差實際就是預(yù)支款,是正公差,不是增減公差,沒有負公差的意思.此公差要等收到貨物以后再行確認實際金額.
