課程由質(zhì)量監(jiān)控部門的李工程師主講,主要包括各種講座,有時還會放映有關(guān)質(zhì)量管理的錄像片,并進行一些專題討論,內(nèi)容包括質(zhì)量管理的必要性、影響質(zhì)量的客觀條件、質(zhì)量檢驗標準、檢查的程序和方法、質(zhì)量統(tǒng)計方法、抽樣檢查以及程序控制等內(nèi)容.公司所有對此感興趣的員工,包括監(jiān)管人員.都可以去聽課.課程剛開始時,聽課人數(shù)平均60人左右,在課程快要結(jié)束時,聽課人數(shù)已經(jīng)下降30人左右.而且,因為課程是安排在周五晚上,所以聽課的人員都顯得心不在焉,有一部分離家遠的人員課聽到一半就提前回家了.在總結(jié)這一課程培訓的時候,人力資源部經(jīng)理評論說：“李工程師課講得不錯,內(nèi)容充實,知識系統(tǒng),而且他很幽默,使得培訓引人入勝.聽課人數(shù)的減少并不是他的過錯.”The engineer Li

kinds of lecture,sometime it will be also showed the video related to quality
control and have a discussion on the topic,the contents involves with the necessity
of quality control,the objective condition that influence quality,quality
control standards ,process and methods to check,the statistical method of quality,
sampling examination for quality checking up and process control and so on.All
the employees who interested in the
course can comes to the class .At the beginning
of the course,the people comes to the class about 60,however,at the end of course,
the number of people have reduced to 30.Morover,some people who have comes are
absence of mine due to the course arranged in the evening of Friday,even some of
them who just listen half of the course go home early .When summarize
this training course,HR manager comments that engineer Li is good at teaching,
the comments is full,it also have a systematic grasp of knowledge,besides,engineer
Li is a humorous person who can attracts people to attend the training.The
number of participants reduced have nothing to do with him.
