因為有 looks bright,所以是在.的反襯下,用against（表對比.）
across 是有遍及的意思,但是表示有“掠過、穿過"的意思,是有動態(tài)的.
Clouds scudded across the sky.
云朵飛快地掠過天空.
A meteor suddenly shot across the sky.
一顆流星突然掠過天空.
They are moving quickly across the sky.
譯文：他們快速地在空中移動.
all over常用于“all over the world全世界”
all over the sky沒見過這么用的.“全天空”
如果這句是There are ...moving( )the blue sky.
填throughout the sky和through the sky都是對的,因為through有“穿過”的動態(tài),
看幾個例句體會下吧：
