Task 1 :Your Last Vacation
Directions:Suppose you went away on your last vacation.Tell your partner about your trip.Try to get more detailed information about the other’s vacation by asking questions
Task 2:Seeing a doctor
Direction:It is a busy Monday morning in early spring.Two students who feel ill go to the University’s clinic (診所,醫(yī)務室) to see a doctor.While they are waiting for seeing the doctor they talk with each other about their symptoms and then take turns to see the doctor.
Task 3:Shopping
Direction:Work in pairs taking turns acting as customer and shopkeeper.The customer wants to buy certain things .The shopkeeper makes an offer of a reasonable price,which is open to bargaining.If the goods are not available in the shop,the shopkeeper must advise the customer where they may be bought.
