上個星期我在你們店里購買了一架數(shù)碼照相機(jī) 回到家后 發(fā)現(xiàn)相機(jī)的表面有劃痕 而且在室內(nèi)拍攝的照片色彩不自然 很不幸的是 我把發(fā)票給弄丟了 隨后我去你們商店要求退貨 可是營業(yè)員不理睬我 服務(wù)態(tài)度非常不好 還辱罵我 因此 我要求你們及時退貨給我 并且向我賠禮道歉!

Last week I bought a digital camera from your shop,but when I came back home,I found that there is some nick on the surface of the camera,and the color of the pictures which taken indoor were not natural.Unfortunately,I have lost my receipt,and later I took it back to your shop to return the product,but the shop assistant hide her face from me,gave me a bad service,she also reviled me.So,I require to return the product,and apologize me!
