1.developing agriculture,there are a lots of country who can farm,such as tanzania,kenya,ghana.when the rain season come,there is enough water for those countries to farm.not all africa countries is dessert.except northern africa.if you searth google earth,u ll find that most parts of the africa continent is green,that means there are enough water to develop agriculture plant.
2.control and reduce corruption.in general,the continent is still poor,however,one of the mail element to cause such a stuation is governor's corruption.and africa accept a big amount financial assistence from un and other developed countries,if the governors can organise and use the money properly,it will change the situation of the poor stuation there more or less.
3.control population.we have family plan since 1970s in china,and many countries in the world laugh at us and complain the human rights in china.however,in a long run,its a good plan for china and world,in my opinion,africa countries' should bring family plan into effect,and this is one of the best way to solve the starvation problem.
4.developing industry and national econemy.no cuntry live well depends on assistence,the best way to change the worse live condition is to try to earn money independently.
5.encourage the rich of african invest in their own land.and reduce rich people immigrate to developed countries.
