How to be a Hero to Your Girlfriend
It was a brisk autumn afternoon,our lovers were on their way to the romantic break in the countryside.While she wasleeping,he decided to take a shortcut through the forest.The road was treacherous and the car temperamental.And then the inevitable happened.The engine gave up its fateful struggle.It was getting late.How on earth could he be her hero?When she awoke,she made her feelings felt.He made sure this didn't turn into a row.He took control the situation.To boost morale,he even made effort to look like he knew what he was doing,but his efforts was in vain.And there was no phone reception in this part of forest.The desperate couple decided to leave the car and go for help.He was confident,she less so.But beneath the leaves,the ground is uneven.However,her boyfriend refused to be deterred.The decided to turn back,but they were deep in the forest.When he realized that their car had been disappeared from the view,he stayed positive by claimig that they could cope without it.Hopelessly lost,the couple decided to make a camp.Her comfort was foremost in his mind.He gave his jacket to her and made her a shelter.He gave her his love for a pillow and volunteered to keep watch and fight off fierce creatures with bare hands.Luckily,he thought to bring a torch.It was just a shame,but the battery is running low.Were they alone?Were they being watched?The boyfriend refused to entertainment the thoughts expaining the sounds were merely.He used humor to make her feel better.He told her how funny their grandson would find their story in thirty years time or so.And he encouraged her to talk about her dreams and hope for the future that awaited them.After a long sleepless night,the boyfriend sees the day with renewed vigor.Then all of a sudden,he found it clearing in the forest,perhaps a little too easily.He knew spending the whole night yards from a luxury hotel would make his girlfriend angry,so he didn't mention it,and took her on a slight detour.Later,in the luxury hotel,he reflected exactly what he's done.He had taken control,assuring,confident,and positive in face of adversity.He had thought his girlfriend's comfort over his own,and he had covered up all his mistakes.That's why she loved him,because he truly was a hero.
