Nowadays competition becomes more and more furious.As an inexperienced man I pay more attention to training chance when I choose my first work.Though I learn much knowledge in university lack social experience is my weakness.Good training chance will change my direction in my future career.Some classmates focus the payment of their first work,but I think It’s shortsighted.At the initially several years it’s the good time to learn a lot of working experience and the experience will lead us to success in our career.
