從語法角度來說growing 和grow 都是ok的,see sb doing和see sb do都是有的,因此這題目兩個(gè)選項(xiàng)都可以選,樓上的所謂grow只能用一般純粹瞎說,grow是一個(gè)很普通的動(dòng)詞,如果see the tree growing ,即表示樹長勢(shì)正旺,哪里不行?當(dāng)然一般化表示就用see the tree grow
