Front to back L/C is an arrangement in which the L/C issued to the supplier is issued before receiving the L/C issued by the customer.
大概意思就是：Front to back L/C是一項(xiàng)協(xié)議,協(xié)議規(guī)定,要在收到顧客開的信用者之前,給供應(yīng)商開信用者
