摘要
企業(yè)信用管理是現(xiàn)代企業(yè)管理的核心內(nèi)容之一,是企業(yè)在市場(chǎng)經(jīng)濟(jì)環(huán)境下得以生存與發(fā)展的必備條件之一.同時(shí)企業(yè)信用管理水平的提高又會(huì)極大地促進(jìn)在全社會(huì)建立一個(gè)良好的信用環(huán)境.我國(guó)企業(yè)應(yīng)該重視企業(yè)信用管理,采取措施建立完善的信用管理體系,以增強(qiáng)企業(yè)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力.本文從我國(guó)的實(shí)際出發(fā),通過(guò)剖析企業(yè)信用風(fēng)險(xiǎn)產(chǎn)生的原因,然后提出：一方面政府要建立健全信用管理相關(guān)的法律和制度,加強(qiáng)管理和執(zhí)法力度,通過(guò)國(guó)家宏觀制度的完善為企業(yè)信用管理創(chuàng)造良好的環(huán)境.在此基礎(chǔ)上,另一方面對(duì)企業(yè)實(shí)施全面系統(tǒng)的信用管理,提出企業(yè)信用管理體系的建立要將企業(yè)信用文化建設(shè),企業(yè)信用組織機(jī)構(gòu)建設(shè)和企業(yè)信用風(fēng)險(xiǎn)的控制三大建設(shè)緊密結(jié)合起來(lái).

Abstract
Corporate credit management is one of the core contents of modern management and the basic factor of the existence and development of all enterprises in the market economy. Meanwhile, the improvement of corporate credit management will contribute to the establishment of a good credit environment in China. Enterprises should pay more attention to credit management and Establish right credit management system in order to enhance competency. Starting from China’s realities, by analyzing the causes of enterprise credit risk, this article points out : on the one hand, the government should enact and perfect the laws and rules relevant to credit management, strengthen the management and execution, and provide good circumstances for the enterprise credit management through perfecting the macro-control system. On this basis, on the other hand, the implementation of a comprehensive and systematic of enterprise credit management, this article also suggests that enterprise credit management system should be built by enterprise credit culture construction, enterprise credit organizations construction and the control of the enterprise credit risk three-credit constructions closely integrated.
