Arcelor公司為了解決法律代理方面的問題,采取了雙重簽字制度.為了排除法律授予董事會的代理權(quán)利所帶來的不利影響,公司通過兩個授權(quán)的代理人的共同簽字,將權(quán)力授予第三方.
所有授權(quán)的代理人是公司董事會指定的,因此這也同時限制了他們的權(quán)力.

7.Dual-signature principle
Arcelor has adopted a dual-signature system for purposes of legal representation.Without prejudice to the power of representation granted to the Board of Directors by law,the Company is only committed to third parties through the joint signature of two authorised representatives.
All authorised representatives are appointed by the Board of Directors which also determines the scope of their powers.
