Upon request of the Disclosing Party,the Receiving Party shall promptly return to the Disclosing Party,or at the Disclosing Party’s option,destroy or delete,documents or any other media containing Confidential Information and not retain any copy,duplicate,extract or reproduction in whole or in part.For the avoidance of doubt the above includes any compilations,reports,analyses,presentations or other documents prepared by the Receiving Party,for internal or external use,on the basis of or containing Confidential Information or otherwise prepared in connection with the Project.
