I was not in good health before.I was often ill.One day I went to see my doctor.He examined my carefully and said I had bad eating habits.Yes!That'right.I used to eat too much .I liked eating sweet food and I seldom did morning exercises.
I want to keep healthy.From now on,I decide to change my bad eating habit .First I must look after myself and then do something necessary for my health.For example,take a walk after supper,do morning exercises,play sports,eat fruit and vegetables,and wash my hands before meals,I know all of these are good for my health.
