It shall remain in effect for an indefinite period of time and may be terminated by 6 months written notice to the end of the respective calendar year.The right to terminate prematurely for good cause shall remain unaffected.
The provisions of this Agreement shall apply for all Contract Products delivered to BUYER by Supplier following the effective date of this Agreement.
Contract Products delivered to BUYER after the termination of this Agreement shall be governed by the provisions of this Agreement,provided that the supply contract in question was entered into prior to the termination of this Agreement.
