Many people think that it’s necessary to hold a spoken English test.The reason is very simple.Lots of students can get high marks in written English test but can’t speak English fluently.( As )With the development of our country,more and more foreign companies set their controlled corporation in China and more and more multinational companies have appeared.Nowadays almost each company needs someone who can speak English smoothly.So people think spoken English test can make people’s oral English become better and better to communicate with foreigners.
\x05But a few people think (in)the opposite way.They think that there’s no need to hold spoken English test.Some of them think they are Chinese and they needn’t learn English.Others think there’s little chance for us to use English in our daily life so we needn’t hold spoken English test.We just need to make sure that we know English grammar well and can write English well.That’s enough.
