Position Details
Overview
*Initiate posting, sourcing, recruiting for variable HC to meet peak-time and non-peak time needs.
*Implement and communicate policies and practices to ensure fair and consistent treatment of employees, make sure all HR policies are up-to date and in compliance
*Maintain a smooth communication channel at all levels within the FC
*HR vendor searching and management
*Focal contact person for local government
*Organize FC associates activities, strengthen employee relationship
*Prepare Ops HR reports including but not limited to: headcount reports, work-hour reports, training report, hiring and attrition reports etc. as per request for the company and labor authorities
*Participate in other HR related projects as assigned
Basic Qualifications
-Bachelor degree
-Excellent communication skills
-Responsible and patient personality
-Good English skills
Preferred Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have 3+ years experience in Human Resources as Generalist or Business Partner, ideally for fast-paced, multi-national companies.
