It helps us understand the world better if we knew a few geography and have some maps at hand.But with maps in Chinese only,misuanderstanding is possible on studying world events.The names of places in a map in Chinese usually are long,hardly to pronounce and without means to a foreigner.For the opening of the country,maps are important and helpful and are needed them hardly.And at last I wish maps in various language,such as those using in the United States,will come out and can sold in all of the bookstores open to Chinese.
