These Bidding Documents for Public Procurement of Works through (EPC/Turn Key) contracts have been prepared for the procurement of works through General Competitive Bidding (GCB) for projects of the industrial type or aims to the transfer of Know-How.The Contractor obligation will be for the preparation of conceptual design,the detail design,the manufacturing of the plants and equipment,the supply,construction,installation,commissioning,training,acceptance by the Employer,and maintenance of the Works,as single responsibility.Such contracts might include after taking – over responsibilities (e.g.Operation supply of raw material or spare parts,or supervision on the operation of the project...etc).
