個人覺得樓主的句子有下列幾個地方值得商榷：
1.在 Internet 一字之前的介詞,似乎比較常用的是 on 而不是 in.即：應該是 On the Internet 而不是 In the Internet.
2.both 一字通常都要求接著有兩樣東西并列的,例如：both you and me（你和我兩人）.在樓主句子中的 both 應該是指國內(nèi)新聞和國外新聞,但該句卻在 "both home and" 之後便接上 "some other information"（其他資訊）而不是國外新聞.這樣,both 所需要并列的兩樣東西便少了一樣.
3.句中的 "news both home and..." 一語除了上述問題外,還應該加上一個介詞 at,即應該是 "news both at home and ...",因為國內(nèi)新聞是 "news at home" 而不是 "news home".
所以,我建議把樓主的句子修改為：
On the Internet,we can learn about news both at home and abroad,as well as some other information.（在互聯(lián)網(wǎng)上,我們可以取得國內(nèi)外新聞,以及其他資訊.）
