The issues with the condensers Chinese continue detected in the production line and in the field.
Every month a considerable quantity of condenser are scrap by different issues are detected in production line and/or by quality inspections.
The most important issues detected that generate the scrap are:
1.‐ Poor welding material in the junctions of cooper,this is a leak risk,in the last months the warranty’s call by leak in condenser gets increase.
This issue happens in all the parts numbers of condenser from the Chinese supplier
2.‐ Pores in the weld,this a leak which are detected in the production line,so delay the
production process to repair the equipment.
3.‐ Piping damages and bad processes of manufacturing 4.This supplier doesn’t complies with the specs requested by FAGOR referent at all the condensers and evaporators must be came with 15 PSIG of nitrogen to assure that the condensers and evaporators doesn't have leak and avoid that the moisture in the piping (this requirement is indicate in all the drawings).
