3.Procedure for Review and Evaluation for Promotion and Tenure
The procedure for review and evaluation of faculty for promotion and/or tenure shall be in accordance with the policy set forth above in 7.5.1,with the following additional procedures to be applied:
a.In departmentalized colleges,the procedure for review of a faculty member for promotion and/or tenure shall include a review by the college Promotion and Tenure Review committee following a review by the department chair.
b.During the fall semester (in accordance with the Personnel Action Dates Calendar),applications for promotion and/or tenure must be filed in the office of the appropriate unit director of the faculty member's college.
