No I dont think so
Why?
I think when people actually choose to kill someone is probably,they will know whats coming for them.Guilt,fear,hopelessness etc.I mean if they do it accidentally then thats a different story.Killing them is basically giving them a release.
And for those who kill innocent people on purpose.Death would be so easy for them.They need to stay in prison and use the rest of their life to be tortured by what he did.Punishment has its purpose of clarifying the wrongness.Simply killing them might not serve this goal well.
Why do people commit crimes?What causes are especially important?
because they fail to live up to our conventional expectation.and are probably exposed to lots of ilegitimate access.Also their environment is not giving them too much of a moral restrication.Or they may not have people around that they fear they would fail to.
