Is Writing A Pleasure Or Torture?
Writing is a pleasure for some people while a torture for others.It is not easy to write a high quality composition which demands a lot of skills and good attitude.
As far as I can see,writing is a good way of learning,especially during the process of preparing.Generally speaking,when confronted with a topic,I always try to analyze it before writing,such as what’s the essence of the topic,what genre is better and how to organize.I believe that a writing,no matter good or not,is basically an expression of the writer’s thoughts.In order to make myself understood to readers,I make efforts to choose best words and phrases,find relevant materials in some books or on the internet,which I think is the most meaningful portion of writing because I can learn more out of the writing itself.I can still remember once I was asked to write a composition about the situation of Chinese communication operators,this is a so complex issue that I was only required presenting some phenomenal examples of it.That is an easy work but I would not like to just list some items on my paper.Though I know something enough to finish the composition,I persisted in finding more abundant concepts and facts which can support my own opinion.In reality there maybe an envision at first that something new is not hard,but after having an eye into it,you will find it is a nut,which pushes you to know as much as you can,this is the reason for why I find more materials even than needed,because I think to grasp every opportunity to acquire knowledge is not a bad thing,and most importantly this process can make me very happy.
After the research of relevant materials,it is time to clear them up according to the requirements,which is also a pleasant part of writing.I can make my brain and thought runs fast to decide which should be remained and picked out.This can train my ability of making use of materials which is necessary in the time of knowledge explosion.When all of those preparation are done,I start my writing with a feeling of happiness just share a cake with others.
Each time I draw full attention to writing and try to make it rather good or near to the criteria of perfection,the purpose is not for high goals but enjoying myself and learning something.
