具體點(diǎn)就是(1) speak強(qiáng)調(diào)單方的“說(shuō)”或“講”,作不及物動(dòng)詞時(shí),指說(shuō)話的能力和方式；作及物動(dòng)詞時(shí),其后的賓語(yǔ)為某種語(yǔ)言.speak to sb.表示“同某人說(shuō)話”.
1．Did you speak at the class meeting? 你在班會(huì)上發(fā)言了嗎?
2. Jim speaks Chinese pretty well. 吉姆漢語(yǔ)說(shuō)得相當(dāng)好.
3. Mr. Wang can speak a little French. 王先生能講一點(diǎn)兒法語(yǔ).
4. May I speak to Jack? 我可以和杰克通話嗎?（此句常用于打電話用語(yǔ)中）
(2)talk的意思是“談話,談?wù)摗?強(qiáng)調(diào)雙方“交談”,一般用作不及物動(dòng)詞,與介詞to或with連用,表示“與……交談”.當(dāng)談及關(guān)于某人或某事時(shí),后接介詞to或about.
1. Peter and Ken are talking on the phone. 彼得和肯正在電話中交談.
2. Nancy’s father is talking with her teacher.
南希的父親正在和她的老師談話.
3. Nancy and her pen friend are talking in English.
南希和她的筆友正用英語(yǔ)交談.
4. --What are they talking about? 他們正在談?wù)撌裁?

(3)say意為“說(shuō)出”“說(shuō)過(guò)”,強(qiáng)調(diào)說(shuō)話的內(nèi)容,也可與to連用,say to sb.意為“對(duì)某人說(shuō)”.
1. Mr. Lee often says“hello”to us with a smile.
李先生常帶微笑著向我們問(wèn)好/打招呼.
2. Can you say the word in English. 你能用英語(yǔ)說(shuō)這個(gè)單詞?
3. “I did not do my homework,” the boy said.
“我沒(méi)有做我的作業(yè),” 這個(gè)男孩說(shuō).

(4)tell意為“講述”“告訴”,作及物動(dòng)詞時(shí),指把一件事或一個(gè)故事講出來(lái),有連續(xù)訴說(shuō)之意.如：tell the truth說(shuō)實(shí)話,tell a story講故事.tell也可接雙賓語(yǔ)結(jié)構(gòu)或復(fù)合賓語(yǔ)結(jié)構(gòu).如tell sb. sth.告訴某人某事；tell sb. about sth.告訴某人關(guān)于某事；tell sb.（not）to do sth.告訴某人（不要）去做某事.有關(guān)這一點(diǎn)我已在期末前的句子成分中講過(guò)了.
