我們第一批貨已經(jīng)在2012年7月11日出發(fā)了,它將在八月第一周到達(dá)科威特.今天是8月23號(hào)（應(yīng)該寫(xiě)錯(cuò)了吧,感覺(jué)應(yīng)該是7月）,如果你今天在科威特大使館提交申請(qǐng),將沒(méi)辦法按時(shí)獲批.所以我們不打算在這兒走法律流程,因?yàn)槟强隙〞?huì)晚,而且我們沒(méi)辦法及時(shí)清關(guān).
如果在貨物到達(dá)科威特之前你能準(zhǔn)備好文件,那你就在你這邊的科威特使館提交申請(qǐng),否則就別提交了.我們的貨是衛(wèi)生部的貨,所以我們不能等文件好了再清關(guān).

Our first shipment sailed from there on 11/07/12 and it will reach in Kuwait by first week of August.Today is 23rd August and if you submit today in Kuwait Embassy it will not get in time.So we don’t want do legalization there since it will be delayed and we cannot clear shipment in time.
If you can arrange documents before reach in Kuwait,then only submit Kuwait embassy at your end.Otherwise do not submit it.Our shipment for Ministry of Health so we cannot wait for documents to clear shipment.
