Conditional approval with the spacing between the needle and face of the gauge.The needles were pressed against the face preventing them to move.Once the needles were pulled out slightly the gauge performed correctly,however to achieve the correct distance the needles were very loose and may fall off.Also the needles should be calibrated in the correct position prior to packaging.
