Secondly, it must have the team spirit and mutual cooperation. Team spirit is the soul of enterprise development,it is very important to the future of the enterprise. So I think that college students should have strong teamwork spirit andthe overall thought
and a sense of community to play yourself role well andcomplete the work.
Then, I think university graduates should have communication skills, leadership, and theability of finding out problems and solving problems. Thought should be flexible and can deal camly with interviews and later work problems,and quickly solve problems. It might just stand out.
Finally,I think of the contemporary university students should have the courage to meet the challenge, dare to innovate. Innovation spirit is very important to enterprise's development . It must be good at to accept new things, dares to practice and meet the challenges, with new thought and new method to solve thenew and old problems. This is the enterprises which request to the applicants . Graduates should be good at using with new perspective anddare to innovate. Thiswill not get progress.
