顯卡的外加電源沒接上.如果你能確認顯卡外接電源接好了,則是電源功率不足或者用了電源線延長線也會出現(xiàn)這種情況（我自己的就是這樣）.
如果顯卡沒外接電源（從你的文字提示上看,應(yīng)該不可能是這個狀況）,則很可能是主板供電不足

PS:1、主板線也重插過,
2、系統(tǒng)盤放進去,正常是顯示BOOT FROM：CD,但卻一直是顯示紅色的you have not connected the power cable to your video card.please refer to the`getting started guide`for proper hardware installation,所以無法重裝
3、顯卡已拆下來清洗N次,
