Classmates are an important part of school days.I am sure everybody agrees with me on this.They can make boring classes alive,they can keep secrets that we cannot tell our parents and most importantly,they understand what is it like to be a student.It is imperative that we establish bonding relationships with them,for no man is an island.
Firstly,we should try to be part of a team.Simple as it sounds like,this is a heavy task.Everybody have different values and beliefs.Cooperation requires compromisation,yet we are all so used to letting other people do the job.So interaction with classmates help us learn to present our thoughts respectfully and not hurt others.Classmates thus help students to gain essential working skills like cooperation and team building.
Secondly,we can organise class outings to further deepen our bonds.Leisure activites are a much neglected task of students.For a healthy lifestyle,everybody needs a little leisure sometime.So such outings would be killing two birds with a stone.We can unwind and deepen our relationship with classmates at the same time if we simply include them in our leisure activities.
Last but not the least,help others out when in need.Not only for work related issues,show your concern for fellow classmates frequently.A simple "Hi,how's your day" is sufficient if you mean it.Sincerity is the key.Hence,i believe with all these in mind,we can all get along just fine with our classmates.
