In consideration of the services to be performed by Agent hereunder,Buyer shall pay to Agent a 5% commissions on the agreed minimum order amount of Euro 100.000,00 (one hundred thousand Euro) for each trip of the buyer.
In case that the purchased amount will not be reached the buyer will pay anyway the 5% commission on Euro 100.000,00 (one hundred thousand Euro).
In addition,Buyer will reimburse the Agent for travelling expenses incurred by Agent’s staff when travelling with or on behalf of Buyer.
Such travelling expenses shall include:Hotel Accommodation and all other expenses related to daily life (car rental,gasoline,high way fee,car parking,food,etc).
Buyer shall pay the amount of Agent's travelling expenses directly to Agent by bank remittance upon receipt of Agent's invoice attached with evidences of each expense
Buyer shall pay the amount of Agent’s commission directly to Agent by bank remittance upon receipt of Agent’s commission invoice.
