一、第一段寫作
　　圖表作文有表格(table)、柱形圖(bar chart)、餅狀圖(pie chart)和折線圖(diagram)之分,后三種都屬于圖表的范疇(chart).不管是chart還是table,都需要進(jìn)行描述,一般放在文章的第一部分,長度宜適中.描述數(shù)據(jù)我們要首先看看是幾個變量(A),每個變量有幾個數(shù)據(jù)(B),不妨以A*B表示.
　　如果只有一個變量,有三個數(shù)據(jù),

　　如果是最常見的是2*3的情形,

　　如果是1*n(n>3)的情形,將頭與尾描述出來即可,比較好的方法就是在句中描述最后一個與第一個相比變化了多少.
　　碰到多變量、每個變量多數(shù)據(jù)的情形,大家應(yīng)首先進(jìn)行分類,分成上升、下降兩類,或者上升、下降、不變?nèi)?如此,問題可以得到解決.
　　二、第二段寫作
　　第二段是闡釋現(xiàn)象、解釋原因的段落,在搬出原因,進(jìn)行論證的時候,一定要注意起承轉(zhuǎn)合,邏輯清楚,我們總結(jié)了以下的套用句式.
　　it is universally known that the above-mentioned chart truly demonstrates a social issue which is becoming more and more popular currently.What prove to be the underlying reasons for it?Without any doubt,3 reasons stated as follows can be adopted to account for it.First and foremost,(闡釋具體的現(xiàn)象或原因)more importantly,(闡釋具體的現(xiàn)象或原因),last but not the least.(闡述具體的現(xiàn)象或原因)
　　三、第三段寫作
　　最后一段著力于根據(jù)圖表所反映的變化,對它所存在的問題給出一些措施,對它的未來趨勢進(jìn)行展望或者闡述其發(fā)展方向.
　　To sum up,in order to maintain such a sound momentum,a number of great efforts should be made to take some effective measures in this regard,on the one hand,具體的措施,on the other hand,具體的措施,only in this way,can this momentum be kept smoothly,(如果以上說的是好的趨勢) Generally speaking,in order to put an end to this bad momentum,some compelling measures should be taken into account,on the one hand,具體措施,on the other hand,具體措施,only if we have taken the above-mentioned measures ,can this momentum be curbed effectively.(如果以上說的是不好的趨勢)
