In fact,financing leasing is the leasing that transfers away all the risks and returns relating to capital ownership.Financing leasing is a financing method that tightly connect funds and equipment together by short time and low-cost process,and it is advantageous for drawing in external funds.Financing leasing extends the company's source of funds and satisfies the company's need of funds to some degree.Thus,financing leasing is getting more and more important in the economic development.By means of researching the difference and current situation among the concept of financing lease,financing leasing and operating leasing,this article analyzes the existing problems in financing leasing,including the environment that is not accommodating with the financial leasing,the lack of legal assurance,lack of consistent business management and certain credit problems.Thereby,this article offers some aiming suggestions,which are aiming at solutions for four aspects:the environment that is suitable for our country's financing leasing development,the improvement and enforcement of assurance system,the solution of business management and establishment of confidence.
